 My name is Tim Larkin. With over twenty six years experience, I have served Southern California residents as a skilled craftsman using the most innovative and creative methods in home improvement. After working under someone else's company and license, I became personally licensed as a finish carpenter and contractor (C6) in 1992, and have been insured and bonded ever since. I have also fallen in love with the fine art of CUSTOM MOULDING INSTALLATION, mastering with precision the difficult angles that are associated with it. Over time, I have developed a reputation as being the most creative expert with Crown Moulding, Base Boards, Coffered Ceilings, Chair Rails, Custom Mantles, Fancy Door and Window Framing, and just about anything else that includes the use of wood moulding. As carpenters, my crew and I always strive to set the industry standard while promising the highest quality, value, creativity, accuracy, promptness, property care and cleanliness, along the way. Being a Christian businessman has kept me focused over the years in establishing lasting relationships with my clients, and always working with the utmost integrity. Bottom line: We are here to serve you in all your moulding needs and “DOING WHAT WE SAY, WHEN WE SAY WE WILL DO IT” is our greatest achievement and goal. Because we specialize in only one area of carpentry, CUSTOM MOULDING INSTALLATION, we pride ourselves in doing moulding jobs that most contractors avoid.
For example, we are experts in installing crown moulding on high vaulted ceilings where the angles of the ceiling go up and down in all directions. Because we have mastered the technique of cutting obscure angles and do it with precision, every day. Therefore, we are faster, more accurate, and have a larger capacity to be creative with those hard to imagine possibilities. If you prefer, we can bid the job for "installation only," otherwise, we set the industry standard by including with the contract price, all the materials, painting (2 coats sprayed, one coat finish), installation, fully sealed with a final touch-up of the walls and over the caulking scribe with the customer's paint, for a very competitive price.
